Sweet & Sour Noodles.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack noodles
- Chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower, cabbage) 200gm
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon leveled sugar
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon ajinamoto
- 1 table spoon tomato sauce.
Method :-
Mix together the vinegar, sugar, cornflour, tomato sauce, salt and just boil them. The sauce is ready.
Boil the vegetables separately ensuring that they remain a bit hard. Add them to the sweet-sour sauce and keep aside. In the meantime, boil the noodles slightly and strain extra water. Heat a little butter in a pan and pour the noodles into it. Add the sweet-sour sauce along with the vegetables and sprinkle the ajinamoto. Stir a little and serve hot.
