Bread Pudding
Ingredients

1/2 litre milk

2 eggs

2 pieces of bread

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 tablespoon sugar
Method :-
Boil the milk along with the sugar for about 15 minutes to make it a bit thick. Cool it to normal temperature. Keep aside. In the meantime whip two eggs separately. Now, add the slices of bread into the milk and make a paste of the whole thing. After this add the eggs into it. Pour a teaspoon of vanilla into the mixture. Grease a pre-heated container with a little butter. Add a teaspoon of sugar into it. Heat this container till the sugar turns dark brown. Pour the mixture of pudding into the container. Bake this in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes. You may also steam this in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes. Cool this pudding in a refrigerator. Slice and serve cold.
